Join us for dinner!

Please complete the following form if you would like to reserve your seat for the July 20th Outing Banquet. The banquet donation is $30 per person/seat. Your ticket will include beer, house wine, mixed drinks, dinner and dessert. Banquet attire is casual.

Cocktail hour and raffles will start in the Aston Oaks Banquet Hall at 5pm with dinner to follow.

**Players will receive dinner with their team.
